New Castle County, DE

New Castle County experienced a 13.1% increase in the number of sold homes for the first 4 months of 2021 compared to 2020 and a 10.4% increase in the median sales price from $240,000 to $265,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the 1st four months of 2021 increased 8.9% from 2020.

Kent County, DE

For the 1st four months of 2021, Kent County experienced a 19.1% increase in the number of sold homes compared to 2020 and an 8.7% increase in the median sales price from $230,000 to $250,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the first 4 months of 2021 increased 11.1% from 2020.

Sussex County, DE

For the first 4 months of 2021, Sussex County experienced a 32.3% increase in the number of sold homes compared to 2020 and a 13.4% increase in the median sales price from $300,000 to $340,250. The number of homes that went under contract in the 1st four months of 2021 increased 36.4% from 2020.

Southern Chester County, PA

Southern Chester County experienced a 23.6% increase in the number of sold homes for the 1st four months of 2021 compared to 2020 and a 4.1% increase in the median sales price from $398,796 to $415,085. The number of homes that went under contract in the first 4 months of 2021 increased 47.0% from 2020.

Cecil County, MD

For the first four months of 2021, Cecil County experienced a 17.0% increase in the number of sold homes compared to 2020 and a 16.4% increase in the median sales price from $232,900 to $271,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the 1st four months of 2021 increased 16.3% from 2020.
